Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her soon-to-be ex, Kroy Biermann, have dropped the price on their enormous Milton, GA, home yet again.
The mansion, about 30 miles north of Atlanta, has seven bedrooms and 8.5 baths and was listed last fall for $6 million.
And after a series of price cuts, including a $300,000 discount just yesterday, the 15,694-square-foot, brick and stone estate is listed at $4.2 million—a relative bargain for those with deep pockets.
It’s now 30% off the original price and only $268 per square foot, but will a buyer bite?
In early June, TMZ reported the couple had reached an agreement with their lender to pause foreclosure proceedings if they could sell the home by late August. This week’s price cut indicates the estranged duo are working toward unloading the place quickly.
If ornate interiors and lakeside living near a golf course appeal to you, this grand residence might be right up your alley. A circular, gated driveway wends around to a porte-cochère, ending at the double-height entryway which boasts a wrought-iron staircase inside.
There’s also a formal dining room, a paneled study with built-ins, and a living room with lofty beams and a gigantic fireplace.
Nearby, the kitchen has a large island, custom cabinets, and luxe appliances from Wolf and Sub-Zero. Plus, there’s a second kitchen on the terrace.
The primary bedroom is on the main level and features its own fireplace, seating area, and high ceilings. The adjacent bathroom sports dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a multihead shower.
Four bedrooms with en suite baths are upstairs, along with a playroom.
Other amenities include a vanishing-edge pool, a home bar, a 500-bottle wine cellar, billiard room, gym, an arcade, in-ground trampoline, a turf area, and a movie theater.
There’s even an in-law suite with a full kitchen and more space above the garage.
Zolciak and Biermann, who spent most of his professional football career with the Atlanta Falcons, wed in 2011. The pair have six kids between them, two from Zolciak’s first marriage and four together. They’re reportedly living under the same roof amidst their divorce proceedings.
