ATLANTA – With housing – particularly affordable housing – in short supply across Georgia, two new state laws about to take effect are aimed at an especially challenging group affected by the shortage: the homeless.
An Atlanta grocery store will be getting a tune-up.
Proceeds from the sale will be used “to support student success initiatives at the undergraduate, graduate and professional levels,” UGA said in a news release last July.
“It seems so out of reach.
A local wine shop is growing, with a third location in the works in DeKalb County.
