“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams is staying put for now.
The 42-year-old cast member has reportedly won temporary, exclusive use of the $7 million Atlanta-area home she shared with her estranged husband, Simon Guobadia.
But the plot thickens. According to court records obtained by In Touch Weekly, even though Guobadia is not allowed to live at the address, he still has to pay the bills, including the mortgage, property taxes, and utilities. He purchased the home in 2021, records show.
Williams filed for divorce in February of this year after being married for 15 months. Since then, it’s been a legal battle punctuated by changed locks and emergency court hearings.
Luxury living
It’s easy to see why Williams doesn’t want to part with this gorgeous mansion. Located just 20 minutes from downtown, this Sandy Springs home is the epitome of luxury living.
It boasts 15,284 square feet of living space, which includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an exercise room, an office, and a game room. It was built in 2018.
The nearly 2-acre property also features a glamorous courtyard, an in-ground pool with a pool house, and a landscaped green area. There’s also an outdoor cabana with a 200-inch screen—perfect for entertaining.
Inside, the main level is bright and spacious, with a great room, formal dining room, and chef’s kitchen.
The great room has a double-height ceiling, an interior balcony, and several chandeliers. The high-end kitchen includes an extra-wide center island, an oversized window, and plenty of counter space. You can also expect Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.
Designed to impress
Two of the bedrooms and an in-law suite are on the lower level, while the remaining sleeping quarters are on the second floor—which you can easily access by elevator.
Each bedroom is oversized, with the main suite showcasing a huge sitting area with a fireplace (one of the property’s three) and a massive walk-in closet.
The main en suite bathroom is also in a league of its own, with dual vanities, a glass-encased shower, and enough room to fit a couch. (We’re not kidding.)
There’s also a putting green out back and a second-floor sunroom, which impressively has oversized windows on all four walls. Additional standout details include coffered ceilings, hardwood floors, and insulated windows throughout.
Designed by Paradise Builders and Logan Design Group, this Mediterranean-style home has it all.
Williams, 42, originally joined the cast of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in 2012 and was on the show until 2021 before rejoining the cast in 2024. She’s starred in the spinoff series “Porsha’s Family Matters” and published a memoir, “The Pursuit of Porsha.”
