ATLANTA — A person has been arrested after a man was stabbed to death in Atlanta on Monday, police said.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers detained 36-year-old Orlando Asprilla Largacha, who has been charged with murder and possession of a knife during the commission of a felony.
On Monday, authorities responded to 3699 Lenox Rd NE, the address of several restaurants and an apartment complex in Buckhead. The location is across from Buckhead Church and down the road from T.J. Maxx.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had apparent stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. They detained one person -- now identified as Largacha -- while at the scene.
This is an ongoing investigation, police said.
