ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Atlanta police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two persons of interest in the fatal shooting of a man at a southwest Atlanta apartment complex in April.
On April 6, police said they responded to a person shot at the Harmony Plaza II Apartments located at 1870 Myrtle Drive SW. When they arrived, officers found a man who had been shot multiple times “during an altercation.” The victim, identified as Stanley Shivers, was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Monday, Atlanta police released footage of “two unknown Black males” they’re calling persons of interest in the case. Police said the April 6 footage shows the two walking from the crime scene to the nearby Shamrock Gardens apartments.
The two are dressed in black T-shirts, blue jeans and sneakers. One of them appears to be carrying a firearm.
