A new convenience store is proposed west of Atlanta.
Construction documents propose a one-story, 4,500-square-foot structure with parking, a dumpster enclosure and five fuel pumps. Renderings show a brown brick structure with an entrance at the center. The store would have several shelves of merchandise, as well as a cooler, freezer and beer cave.
The property is located in Bremen where U.S. Route 78 meets Cashtown Road.
White Diamond, LLC is the developer of the project. According to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, the entity was first created in 2019.
Bremen is a town mostly in Haralson County, partly in Carroll County. The population is about 7,185.
