A Lawrenceville hotel has changed hands.

Baywood Hotels has acquired the Hampton Inn Lawrenceville hotel at 1135 Lakes Parkway, Hunter Hotel Advisors announced.

The sale is part of a three-property transaction finalized on June 10, 2024, with Pulse Hotel Group acquiring the Fairfield Inn andamp; Suites and SpringHill Suites Atlanta Kennesaw. Hunter’s David Perrin, senior vice president, represented the seller, Ashford Hospitality Trust.

The 85-key Hampton Inn Lawrenceville is about 30 minutes from Atlanta and near Northside Hospital Gwinnett, which is currently undergoing a $400 million expansion scheduled for completion in 2025, according to the announcement.

Baywood Hotels is headquartered in Maryland, with offices in Denver, Miami, Rochester, San Antonio and Northern Virginia. The company’s portfolio includes hotels from several well-known brands, including Marriott, Hilton and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
