ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A driver escaped from a car stalled due to high water in Atlanta, according to fire officials.
The incident happened near Lawton Street SW and Sells Avenue SW in the West End neighborhood.
Officials said the man’s car stalled out due to high water in the area, but he was able to get out of the car on his own.
