ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A 39-year-old man, whose body was recovered from Lake Rabun over the weekend, has been identified.
Robert Clinkscales, was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Friday. According to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, his shoes and phone were found at the entrance of a boathouse the next day.

Rescue crews responded to reports of a possible drowning at the lake at around 6:45 p.m. Saturday. Clinkscales was found about 30 feet from the boathouse, DNR said. His body was recovered just after midnight.
The Rabun County Coroner is investigating the cause of death.
