Traton Homes has started selling townhomes at its new Lawrenceville community, River Walk Place.

The 40 units are priced from the high $300,000s. A model home is under construction and set to open this winter.

Homes offer three or four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garages. Interiors offer gourmet kitchens with large islands, open layouts and nine-foot ceilings downstairs. Lawn care is included with HOA membership.

The community is located on Buford Drive at Allen Drive. Children are zoned to Gwinnett County’s Taylor Elementary, Creekland Middle and Collins Hill High schools.

“We are excited to add another community for our Atlanta home shoppers,” Kimberly Garwood, Traton director of marketing, said in a release. “Lawrenceville has so much to offer, so we are pleased to put down roots here with a new slate of townhomes.”
