A newly delivered four-building industrial complex in Chamblee is now almost 50 percent leased, with Aramark Refreshments signing a lease at Chamblee International Logistics Park.
Private real estate investment firm Stonemont Financial Group and its venture partner Seven Oaks Company announced they signed the 45,000-square-foot lease with the provider of food service and facilities.
Aramark Refreshments, a subsidiary of Aramark, will occupy Building 4 to support its refreshment services arm.
The industrial complex is one of the only Class A industrial properties to deliver within the I-285 perimeter in the last 10 years, according to a news release. It fronts Chamblee Tucker Road and Chamblee Dunwoody Road, near DeKalb-Peachtree Airport.
The park was completed in February of this year. A 17,128-square-foot lease at Building 1 and a 50,720-square-foot lease at Building 2 have already been signed. Currently available for lease is all 67,896 square feet in Building 3, and 56,462 square feet between Buildings 1 and 2.
Joseph Rogers, Jamie Hargather and Riley Levitt of Wilson Hull andamp; Neal are handling leasing. Additional project partners include Catamount Constructors as the general contractor, Kimley-Horn and Associates as the civil engineering firm and Ware Malcomb as the architect.
“This project has been an especially rewarding initiative for our team as this site is one of the most desirable locations inside the I-285 perimeter, a rare find for an industrial complex of this size,” Stonemont Vice President David Kaplan said in the news release. “As anticipated, this project is leasing up quickly as high-growth users seek to take advantage of its location and flexible lease sizes. We extend a warm welcome to Aramark, and remain thankful for our partnership with Seven Oaks and for our brokerage team as we move into the next chapter of success for this game-changing project.”
Lisa Pittman and Palmer Clark from Cushman andamp; Wakefield were the tenant representation brokers for the Aramark Refreshments lease.
Stonemont Financial Group closed on 30 acres of land to build the industrial park in 2022.
The firm has more than 2 million square feet of development recently completed or under construction around Georgia. They recently broke ground on a three-building industrial park totaling 903,701-square-feet in Locust Grove.
Stonemont also recently completed a 234,000-square-foot spec facility in Braselton and a 733,200-square-foot warehouse at Georgia International Trade Center in Effingham County.

Although the state of Georgia is a great destination for beach vacations from May to August, the fall season also has much to offer visitors.
About two hours north of Atlanta sits Helen, a mountain hamlet of alpine-themed architecture and German-influenced cuisine that’s just weird enough to be more charming than corny.
We’re not going to sugar coat things, Georgians.
“Together, we will take our momentum and energy to the ballot box and set the tone for the entire country — especially first-time voters — to vote early,” said Beth Lynk, the group’s executive director.
One of my favorite things about Atlanta is that even though it's a big city, it remains a collection of neighborhoods.
