ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A man has been hospitalized after a shooting overnight outside a northwest Atlanta gas station.
Police say the victim was hanging out in front of the Exxon gas station on Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard just before 11 p.m. Tuesday night when two men walked up and one started shooting in his direction.
The victim was shot in the stomach and taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. Police say he is in his late 20s or early 30s.
There is no word on suspects at this time. Police say they are working to find out if the victim was targeted.
