ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Two Atlanta Delta Air Lines flights had to make emergency diversions due to mechanical issues Saturday morning.

Delta Flight 927 was bound for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport when it had to divert to St. Louis. A spokesperson for Delta told Atlanta News First the plane experienced a pressurization issue in-flight. The Boeing 757-200 aircraft carrying 148 passengers was able to land safely and no injuries were reported, the airline said.

Separately, Delta Flight 1950, which was headed for St. Thomas, had to return to ATL after crew members received indication of a potential mechanical issue, the spokesperson said. The plane was able to make a safe landing and no injuries were reported.

Delta Air Lines said they are working to pair customers with another aircraft that will carry them to their respective destinations.
