DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Four people were shot after there was a dispute over music in DeKalb County on Sunday, police said.
According to the DeKalb County Police Department, officers responded to the 2500 block of Gresham Road at 2:12 a.m. in reference to a person shot. When they arrived, they found an extensive crime scene but no victim. They were soon advised that those shot had been sent to an area hospital from another location.
At the hospital, police said they found a 35-year-old man dead from his gunshot wounds. They also found a 30-year-old man, a 29-year-old man and a 19-year-old man who had all been shot in the leg. They were treated by hospital staff for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Preliminary information indicated there was a dispute between the parties over their choice of music. This led to an attempted robbery and shooting, police said.
