Talk or dress like a pirate for freebies at Long John Silver’s this Thursday, September 19th, 2024!
On that one day only, you can talk like a pirate at participating Long John Silver’s locations and be rewarded with a FREE piece of fish or chicken at participating locations.
Here are a few suggestions: “Arrgh, I’ve come to plunder me free food!” or “Ahoy, matey! I’ve come for me free fish!”
If you’re feeling very adventurous, you can dress like a pirate and get an extra special treat – a FREE two-piece fish tender or chicken basket. (A drink is not included.)
Note that your costume must include at least 3 approved pirate items — so perhaps gather up an eye patch, a pirate hat, and a parrot for your shoulder.
The giveaway does not include cod.
Limit one offer per pirate, while supplies last.
Enjoy, ye frugal mateys!

Speaker 1 (00:00):… be an American where at least I know I’m free.
Although the state of Georgia is a great destination for beach vacations from May to August, the fall season also has much to offer visitors.
About two hours north of Atlanta sits Helen, a mountain hamlet of alpine-themed architecture and German-influenced cuisine that’s just weird enough to be more charming than corny.
We’re not going to sugar coat things, Georgians.
“Together, we will take our momentum and energy to the ballot box and set the tone for the entire country — especially first-time voters — to vote early,” said Beth Lynk, the group’s executive director.
One of my favorite things about Atlanta is that even though it's a big city, it remains a collection of neighborhoods.
