It’s back! The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will once again present FREE concerts in Piedmont Park in 2024. This is one of Atlanta’s most cherished traditions.
The next free ASO concert takes place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.
The theme is Beethoven.
Pre-concert activities start at 6:30 p.m., and you’re encouraged to arrive early to get a spot on the lawn.
There will abe food trucks to complete the picnic experience.
Family-friendly activities will be hosted by the ASO Education and Community Engagement Department.
Bring a blanket or low-back chairs.
You’re welcome to pack a picnic meal.
Just please clean up yourself and don’t leave trash in the park.
The performance takes place on the park’s Oak Hill, in the southwest corner of the park.

We’re not going to sugar coat things, Georgians.
“Together, we will take our momentum and energy to the ballot box and set the tone for the entire country — especially first-time voters — to vote early,” said Beth Lynk, the group’s executive director.
One of my favorite things about Atlanta is that even though it's a big city, it remains a collection of neighborhoods.
