Halloween season is almost upon us, and there are tons of spooky delights awaiting you in Atlanta! From the scariest haunted houses to the cutest corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and the sexiest costume parties… there’s a little something for everyone! 1. Get ~lit~ at this Halloween Costume Party and candle-making class!

Trick or Treat, smell my–candle? That’s right! ReWax andamp; UnWine, a candle-making bar is hosting the ultimate Halloween treat!

In this 2-hour event, you’ll hand-pour two candles designed with your favorite scents and enhancements! And then as your creations dry, the party kicks into high gear with music, games, and more. Oh, and you can upgrade your candle jars or add a Margarita or Beer Tower to really turn up the fun!

2. Head out on a Trick or Drink Atlanta Halloween Bar Crawl

If Halloween is your favorite excuse to try out a fun new bar in the ATL, we’ve got just the event for you! Get all dressed up in your favorite costume and get ready for a truly spooktacular bar crawl! You’ll get to go back to the good old days of trick or treating with an adult twist. The treat is a delicious little bev!

3. Go to a spooky Candlelight Concert to celebrate the holiday

If you’re looking for a beautiful way to spend your Halloween, you’ve gotta check out Candlelight: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics. Listen to music inspired by your favorite halloween classics, all while surrounded by thousands of dazzling candles. There’s nothing cozier than being absorbed in the music as you watch the glow of the candles.

4. The return of Little Five Points Halloween Festival andamp; Parade

One of Atlanta’s favorite Halloween traditions is returning this year to take Atlanta by storm! Atlanta’s quirkiest neighborhood, Little 5 Points, will completely transform into a spooky-season-haven for one weekend only on October 19th andamp; 20th. Attendees can expect tons of awesome things to do! And don’t miss the parade on the Sunday, the stand-out event from the Little Five Points Halloween Festival!

5. Set sail on the Haunted Seas at the Georgia Aquarium

Beginning October 4th, the iconic Georgia Aquarium will be fully transformed into a hauntingly eerie ocean adventure! You can explore eerie mermaid grottos, haunted ships, ghostly vibes, and so much more with all the fun halloween decor!

And beginning October 5th, you can Trick-or-Treat at the Aquarium! The Aquarium says, “Kids and parents alike will enjoy finding mysterious X’s on the floor, leading them to hidden trick-or-treat spots. And don’t forget to grab your themed bags as you embark on this thrilling journey through the depths of the ocean, collecting goodies and creating lasting memories.”

And if you’re looking for something a little more adult at the Aquarium, on Friday, October 25th andamp; Halloween night on October 31st, enjoy the Sips Under the Sea Halloween party, complete with handcrafted cocktails, delectable dining options, and dancing!

6. Take the kiddos to Monster Mash at the Center for Puppetry Arts!

When: October 26th from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Put on your silliest or scariest costumes and celebrate the 5th annual Monster Mash at the Center for Puppetry Arts! Watch as the Center’s Love Family Atrium is transformed into a one-of-a-kind Halloween dance party complete with trick-or-treating in the Worlds of Puppetry Museum, a special kid’s DJ, and other fun Halloween-themed activities throughout the Center.

7. Head to a spooky pop-up bar at the Wicked Pig

Beginning in late September, the Blind Pig Parlour will completely transform into a haunted paradise! With ghoulishly good drinks, over the top Halloween decor, and delicious bites that are more treat than trick, you’ll have a blast at this amazing pop up bar!

8. Explore the Scarecrows in the Garden Exhibit at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens

The Atlanta Botanical Gardens has turned scarecrows into an artform thanks to their annual Scarecrows In The Garden exhibition. Local artists and companies team up to transform the enchanting Piedmont Park attraction into a mystical love letter to the creepy farming practice.

With more activities than we can even list, you’ll have fun all day and night at Stone Mountain! And new this year, watch as Cinderella literally takes flight to light the top of the Pumpkin Tree! As one of Atlanta’s (and everyone’s, let’s be honest) favorite family-friendly Halloween traditions, going to one of the corn mazes around the Metropolitan area is a great option for celebrating this creepy time of year. 13. Capture the Spirit at Oakland Cemetery

Oakland Cemetery is Atlanta’s oldest public park and the final resting place of many of the city’s most noted citizens.
