King Harris, the 19-year-old son of rapper T.I., born Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., was arrested on Monday, Oct. 14, in Dunwoody, Georgia, after his driving caught the attention of nearby police officers.
According to TMZ, the teenager almost hit a police car while pulling out of a gas station, leading the officer to pull over his BMW. The cop also allegedly smelled marijuana in the vehicle.

While interacting with King, the officer noticed that he had a firearm on him, and after running a check on him, he found that King had a warrant from Pickens County after missing a court date.
King followed instructions as the officer told him to get out of the vehicle, taking his firearm and arresting him. T.I.'s son then had a mugshot taken at DeKalb County Jail.
As reported by Fox 4 Atlanta, the warrant stemmed from a 2022 arrest for speeding, driving under the influence of drugs, and knowingly driving with a suspended license.
After his Oct. 14 arrest, King was reportedly released the next day, with the warrant reportedly recalled, but the status of his 2022 and 2024 arrests are unclear.
King appears to be quite close with his father and the rest of his family. In late September, he gathered with his family to celebrate his father's 44th birthday, sharing a video from the party along with the sweet message, "Happy Birthday Pops I love ya for life no matter what the odds are 💙🫡 I APPRECIATE YA AND ALWAYS WILL🅿️💪🏼👑."
The 19-year-old is the third-youngest of T.I. and wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris' seven kids, and the rapper's oldest biological child with Tiny. The couple are also stepparents to each other's older children, as T.I. had three children with other people before getting together with Tiny, while she has one older daughter.
